SATURDAY SHARE - GARY BURNS
Gary Burns was 39 years old when he went missing during the summer of 2016 from Icmeler in Turkey. He is originally from Birkenhead, but had lived between Icmeler and Marmaris for several years after starting a relationship with a Turkish female during a holiday. The relationship fizzled out after two years, but he decided to stay because he had work, made good friends and was settled.
Described as approximately 5ft 11in in height and of slim build, with brown eyes and dark brown greying hair. Gary speaks with a Merseyside accent. He has a small tattoo on his arm and possibly one on his wedding ring finger.
When Gary’s family made contact with Turkish authorities and the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, it was established Gary was last seen on 5 August 2016 and his last known workplace was The Vodka Bar in Icmeler. They also discovered in the previous weeks he had been missing work and failed to meet with friends, which is completely out of character.
If you are in the UK, call Merseyside Police on 101 or use their web-based form. If you would prefer to remain anonymous, call Crimestoppers on 0800 555111 or use their online reporting service.

SATURDAY SHARE - PRISCILLA CLARKE
Priscilla Clarke was 25 years old when she went missing on 3 May 1988, while out horse-riding with her employer in Enniskerry, Wicklow, Ireland,
Described as 5ft 6in in height and of slim/medium build, with red auburn hair and blue eyes. The 25-year-old is originally from Edmondstown, Ardee, Louth. After qualifying as a nursery nurse at Temple Hill Hospital in Blackrock, Lynda and Mark Kavanagh employed Priscilla to care for their three children at Ballyorney House in Enniskerry. She was with the family five years at the time she went missing.
On the day the women vanished, Lynda rang her husband at 4pm to tell him she and Priscilla were going horse-riding. When they did not return, Mark contacted gardaí about 8pm to report them missing. The Clarke family were not told until the early hours of the following morning.
Lynda’s body was recovered two days later in the River Dargle, near Powerscourt Estate. The horses were located wet-through, wandering in the area. Despite extensive searches Priscilla has never been found.
The investigation focused on the theory the horse riders got into trouble while navigating the swollen river. The family believe that foul play could not be ruled out because of the high-profile kidnappings by the IRA at that time. That day Priscilla was riding a large horse and Lynda was on a smaller pony, the family believe it is probable that Lynda attempted to cross the river on the small pony, got into difficulty forcing Priscilla to attempt a rescue. Hoof tracks on the riverbank would indicate this possibility.
If you have information that could help the investigation, phone Bray Garda Station on 01-6665300, Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or Crimestoppers (Ireland) on 1800 250 025.
