11 of my lawyers and I are fighting for your rights. We are defending open source software and especially open source blockchain publishing software from the SEC's attacks. The SEC sued the PulseX, HEX, and PulseChain publishing software, naming the software as defendants. Suing code is like suing an idea.
The Briefing in Support of the motion to dismiss, has now been submitted to the court and is on the public record. Next up, oral arguments, Oct. 24th. Code is speech. Blockchains are speech. Speech is a protected human right. Freedom of movement and assembly are also protected human rights. If you publish your belief in these ideals publicly, you should not be punished, nor should any free digital recognition you receive. May the honorable Court protect your rights from the unelected bureaucrats that seek to harm you. Free speech isn't free if you need beg permission first.

I think racism is disgusting. I'm a meritocratist. I've known people ever ever race color and creed that were highly effective and wortyhy of praise. Sadly, some portion of the world is racist and really cares what color you "are." Thus. Kamala, yeah, that's her name, Kamala advertised her Indian heritage, for some reason, I guess to attract racist voters of some sort, but now she seems to want to be black instead. I guess she thinks there's more voters there. Anyway, I think racism is disgusting, and it's sad to see people focus on things totally outside their control, such as, their birth genetics. I care only about a persons effectiveness in a role, and you should too. #Kamala2024
