This is honestly the worst service I've ever had at any @Costco store. But I'm especially upset about the lack of compassion and accommodations for disabled patrons. Do better.
They did this to EVERYONE who didn't know about this rule change because everyone there was surprised at this. Usually all windows take order tickets, but no. Employees at the counter were smug, rude and disrespectful.
- he said he had a whole line to help. A line we waited in. But not only that, he did the same thing to the woman behind us and her disabled daughter. They also waited in line that whole time and were told to get to the back of the line and wait again.
Unbelievable. I just waited in line for 10 minutes at the @Costco food court only to have the dude at the register tell us he couldn't get our food from our ticket because it was 'cash only' and that we had to go to the back of the other line. When we asked if he could help us -
