Child brides are still being impregnated. Very young girls are still being treated as wives and mothers. The pattern is not ancient history. It is ongoing.
Islam institutionalised child marriage through the example of its founder. Muhammad is presented as the perfect model for all Muslims to follow. When that model includes marrying and consummating with a child, the result is entire societies where such practices remain defended or quietly tolerated. The claim that this is humane or caring is absurd. A sane society does not hand little girls to grown men for sexual use and reproduction.
Britain has already seen the consequences of importing attitudes shaped by this worldview. Grooming gangs operated for years because certain men viewed young girls as available and disposable. The same cultural and religious framework that justifies child marriage in Muslim countries produces the mindset that enabled the systematic abuse of British children here. Political correctness delayed justice for far too long.
Child marriage and the sexualisation of minors are not cultural quirks to be respected. They are abuses that must be confronted without apology. Britain must enforce a clear and uncompromising standard: children are not wives, not mothers and not sexual property. Every single parent who brings a minor child to this kind of event should get - at the very least - a home visit from a CPS worker who is an expert in talking to child victims of sexual abuse.
