@Sammallahti @devindthorpe @Wefunder Quick add on - though we're not incorporated as a coop, that's very much the model we're attempting to build. We already existed as a corporation w/ investors when we began working on the coop model. So it wasn't feasible to reincoporate. So we used corp bylaws to make it happen.

@Sammallahti @devindthorpe @Wefunder Leo- totally fair. We’re not registered as a co-op. We’re a corporation that offers its customers ownership. I'd mentioned to Devin that we're "using a coop model", referring to the principle of what we're doing. So if there's anyone to blame for the confusion, it's me.
