Then had me send 700 for rent to a lady on an app. Today they had reversed the payment. I'm an idiot, but I'm trying to see what I can do.

@CouRageJD Thank you for the motivation! I lost 80lbs in a year by being active, counting calories, and quitting soda. Unfortunately, while I've only gained back 8lbs, I started on sodas again and it ruined everything. I'm promising myself that I'll do better this time around. 💪

@ashdog_ @MiltonTPike1 He does CICO. Basically he eats under a certain amount of calories a day and burns more than he takes in. You can still eat pretty much whatever you want as long as there's a deficit. He has talked about it on stream 😊
