A veces pensamos que para vencer la depresión necesitamos respuestas perfectas.
Pero muchas veces lo que más sana… es simplemente sentirnos comprendidos ❤️‍🩹

“it is the nature of all earthly things to grow old, decay, wear out, or become stale. But godly joy is eternal, because God is eternal.”

Before the Church was organized, God provided witnesses.

Men who saw and handled the plates and testified of what they experienced, publicly and consistently.

The Book of Mormon was meant to be witnessed, not taken on one man’s word.

Alma 11:40 “And he shall come into the world to redeem his people; and he shall take upon him the transgressions of those who believe on his name; and these are they that shall have eternal life, and salvation cometh to none else.”

Christ came so we can be forgiven and overcome sin and death!

What comes to mind when you see Elder Boyd K Packer?

Felt inspired to share this today:

"Spiritual food is necessary for spiritual survival, especially in a world that is moving away from belief in God and the absolutes of right and wrong.

In an age dominated by the Internet, which magnifies messages that menace faith, we must increase our exposure to spiritual truth in order to strengthen our faith and stay rooted in the gospel....

If the emblems of the sacrament are being passed and you are texting or whispering or playing video games or doing anything else to deny yourself essential spiritual food, you are severing your spiritual roots and moving yourself toward stony ground.

You are making yourself vulnerable to withering away when you encounter tribulation like isolation, intimidation, or ridicule."
