Zen'in Naoya
Heir. Prodigy. Perfection made flesh.
You’re free to approach, but remember, my attention is a privilege, not a right. Be grateful when I acknowledge you.
The world revolves around excellence and fortunately for all of you, I’m its center.
[ Jinichi took a long deep breath, closing his eyes just to reopen them a bit later, looking down at the younger heir. He wasn't going to be disrespected by him. ]
"Atta boy. .I don't want you looking like a hot mess. . I hope you know I'm just—. . . . Looking out for you."

( He just, /looked/ like a sulking child, the expression on his face and the way his shoulders stiffened, even his voice was a bit quieter, the attitude in his tone had all but vanished. )
". . I'll fix it later. "

"Let's get you home and to our healer, why don't we ... Just relax ... Kiddo, I got you" [ Jinichi was uncharacteristically soft and kind to the heir, making sure to carry him carefully. ]

[ Jinichi didn't press the younger one into talking. He just watched his body language and how tired he was. It looked like whatever happened, Naoya didn't go down without a fight, which did make him a bit proud in the end even though the younger did lose. ]

"I. ."
( Naoya would mumble out quietly, his voice still shaky. ) "I think-"
( What did he think? he didn't really know, his head was a mess. ) ". . does it- matter right now. .?"

"Yeah ... we should sit"
[ He slightly nodded, looking at a park bench he'd been eyeing out of the corner of his eye, the older brother would move over to the bench and carefully sat down. ]

"We could sit down if you're that worried, but again- you'll be alright."
( Another thing Toji wasn't good at, was reassuring or comforting a person. )
