Today we talked about screen time and the importance of exercise! The average 8-18 year old spends 7 hours a day looking at a screen, that is 2,555 hours a year!! We took time today to do some stretching!

A colleague that is always sharing ideas with me is Tina Morris!! She gave me an idea to do a scavenger hunt in math (maybe not groundbreaking to some but it was to me!) the kids LOVED it and so did I. Great way to practice 3 digit subtraction. #wolfpackgrateful @western161

My favorite spot in my favorite place ❤️Michigan is where summers are spent with all of the people I love. After a long day of tubing, swimming and fishing we unwind by the fire. This place is filled with the best times and the best memories! @western161 #wolfpackgrateful

18. Today I am proud of accomplishing rounding with a group of my students. We slowed down today to take our time to learn and understand the concept. Each student was proud of their accomplishment too!
