Students in the Livestock class have spent the semester studying various livestock species and today they got to cook their meat products. They cooked lamb loin chops, pork loin chops, and beef ribeye
6th grade Ag has planted their mini cucumbers and cherry tomatoes in their hydroponic setup. Germination should happen within the next week and we’ll see how big our plants are by the end of the 6 weeks!
Our Meat Science class took a trip to Circle M Meats in Jackson today to tour their federally inspected and custom exempt harvest and processing facility!
