On a much more positive note we flew with @cathaypacific from Hanoi to Hong Kong and they were wonderful! Amazing airline, fully inclusive, 10/10 would recommend flying them. I'd book with Cathay again in a heartbeat.

Hey @Qantas care to explain why I paid full price for a QF ticket to Ho Chi Minh City only to be told that actually we don't have any entertainment included and that we'd have to pay extra for that. We paid OVER $1,500 EACH for the privilege to stare at a blank screen for 8.5 hrs
