These girls from P6A very kindly used their own ‘Celebrate 28’ time to tidy up the school library today. They even earned a star token each from Mrs Fairley! Well done! ⭐️ #overandabove #responsiblecitizens

This week P7A were continuing angle work 📐First, we estimated measurements using our prior knowledge from last week. Then, we measured them to see how accurate we were. We soon realised once we measure one side, it’s easy to work out the other! 👏🏻✨ #activelearning

P7A are learning football skills in PE just now, and this week we focused on the Cruyff turn technique. We finished off with some mini games, trying to get 5 consecutive passes for a goal. They are a competitive bunch! 😅 Thanks to @MissOHaganPE for assisting ⚽️🤩 #HWB #PE

Some keen readers from P7B were selected to take a trip to @WaterstonesLivi today ✨ they were allowed to pick £50 worth of books for their classroom and they enjoyed a hot chocolate afterwards! What a lovely morning 🙂📚 #successfullearners #harrysmuirreads

P7A were outside this morning, looking for angles in nature 🍃 We took photos of what we found on the iPads and decided what type of angle they were. Ask us what a reflex angle is! 💡#activelearning #outdoorlearning

Our P7 classes will be selling Christmas crafts and food items during the P1 Nativity tomorrow and P2/3 Christmas Concert on Thursday. Items start from £1. Any remaining items will be sold in school during the final week. All proceeds go towards P7 Leavers activities.

On Thursday we made the national loaf, a modern day WW2 recipe. We used our measure knowledge from this week and worked collaboratively! Then we had our taste test on Friday, it went down a treat! 😋 #schoolbaking
