@extraspace there is still a customer of yours blaring music in the parking lot and nothing has changed since our last contact. If this persists I'll have to get nopd/city council involved bc nobody should feel forced to leave their home to have a little peace.
@extraspace I live next to your Perdido St New Orleans location. There's a customer that stores a giant amp & plays super loud music in your parking lot at all hours! Can't hear the phone ring, let alone get work done. Calls to management haven't been returned. Please help!
@walmarthelp@walmart I'm not going to have a Christmas dinner because I trusted WM to do the job I paid for. I'm a Walmart+ InHome subscriber & my order was supposed to be here yesterday but still nothing but lip service as of today.
@tjrum@walmarthelp Same happened with me. I even sprung for inhome, which means WM uses their own drivers and vehicles, and they still tell me they can't find a driver.
@walmarthelp I'm a Walmart+ InHome customer and I was supposed to get my order between 2-6. It's now 8, and no word on if/when my stuff will get here. I'm worried that I won't get groceries until after the holiday. Why am I paying just to be frustrated and not get what I pay for
@walmarthelp I pay for Walmart+ In Home and my delivery window has come and gone w no updates. Your customer service says don't bother asking for help w delays and it's too late to cancel. You took my money for this order and now won't tell me where it is or what's going on?
@Walmart my order is 2 hours late and no update still. Is ironic bc this whole delivery is to replace the last order that wasn't fully delivered, and what did get here was hours late too. Why bother with a w+ membership if I'm just paying to not get my stuff? Beyond frustrated
@walmarthelp Super disappointed in Walmart+ delivery. My order never showed yesterday and was told to cancel or wait 24hrs for support to reschedule. Had to cancel plans to wait on groceries that were supposed to be here already. Not keeping Walmart+ if it's only inconvenience.
@walmarthelp Very unhappy w my Walmart+ delivery. It never showed, and was told I'd have to cancel or wait up to 24 hrs for support to contact re: reschedule. I have to completely change my Sunday plans to get my stuff now :( No point in keeping Walmart+ just for inconvenience.

@SGWineSpirits Hi, so I just found out that your company has failed to make scheduled deliveries to the Bad Wolf Bar & Grill in Gretna, LA for the last two weeks in a row. They are hosting a weekend event to benefit a local Autism society and this will impact their ability to 1/5
and honestly why your company's customer service is so poor in this area. I anticipate prompt action regarding this as it is no way to run a business in accordance with your stated values. This is your job, and you need to make this right. 5/5
