Happy Chinese New Year!
The children worked cooperatively in creative room to make this beautiful tiger to celebrate Chinese New Year. We used a variety of printing and painting tools to achieve it. #CNY2022#ChineseNewYear#YearOfTheTiger@HumberEdTrust
We had to use our funky fingers and fine motor skills to cut out the holder and arrange the tiny gems! We then used our pincer grip to dot on the paint

What a lovely first day! I just wanted to say how much I have enjoyed meeting all the boys and girls in my class. I was so Impressed that I couldn’t pick just 1 star, so gave my star of the day to the WHOLE CLASS! I’m looking forward to another super day tomorrow.

Learning the function of roots by trying to push over a tree and pull up the grass...we learnt that as well as taking water from the ground, roots help anchor the plant in the ground.
