Our pupils recently took part in Bikeability which worked on providing the skills and confidence to cycle on today’s roads. They thoroughly enjoyed it! #Ready#Safety@BikeabilityUK 🚴♀️🚴🚴♂️🚵♀️
Does anyone have any advice on anything I should be doing/prepping for, in the lead up to starting at my school as an ECT PE Teacher. Thanks in advance 😁
Moments like this makes me realise why I want to be a teacher. A year 9 student baked this for me and gave me it for my last lesson teaching her 🥺 #lastdayofplacement
There are two girls in year 7 who are the sweetest little human beings. They’ve bought me two birthday cards this week and a present (perfume and a friendship anklet bracelet). I love my job 🥰
Loved creating this poster and stamp card for the students on my placement. Hopefully a good incentive to get kids to come to after school club! 🏀⚽️🏓🏸⚾️✨
@MissGrimsleyPE If I’m being honest I still don’t know what capital culture is, I just spoke about how I’ve made sure to be apart of culture in the schools I’ve been at. British values, I would say to revise them, see if they state them on the school website too xx
@MissGrimsleyPE What is capital culture? How will you implement British values to this school? What do you think will be the hardest problem you may face at this school?
@missmcgrathx My written task was looking at data and identifying what students needed targeting, what types of intervention needed to be put in place. Obviously may not be the same for you, but data was also something I was asked in my interview, so worth looking into!
I am absolutely over the moon and over whelmed with excitement, had my first interview for a teaching job today and have just been told I’ve got the job. Meet Miss Bell, Teacher of PE and Drama 🥺✨
