So as a busy mum/ company director living in a rural area, I have been without a vehicle for 8 days unable to claim for a hire car as it hasn't even had the fault diagnosed yet. In fact no one seems to give a toss fullstop 🙄

@MotorParks absolutely appalling after sales/svs department. Its all fun and games whilst you're buying warrantys/cars/svs plans but my car has been sat for 8 days waiting for someone to 'look at it' and diagnose the fault. The svs department never answer the phone or call you bk
