@virginmedia 11 months of wasting my time, several attempts to use their complaints service and an outcome of “internal feedback” following admittance of fault lying solely with Virgin and complaint being closed without customer agreement! Appalled.

@virginmedia Hi, I have been trying to get the complaint resolved for almost 2 months now. I’ve been in contact with the ombudsman service who say I can take it to them after 8 weeks of the first complaint. I am trying to use the WhatsApp service to discuss but have been cut off

@virginmedia Problem is I don’t know what the password is so if I call, I just go round in circles. I also don’t find there’s an option for speaking about complaints so advisors just tell you to try a different option. I have used the text service twice to chase

@virginmedia Virgin closed my account without my knowing or consent, put black marks on my credit file for failure to pay and sent 2 companies to chase money I didn’t know about or owe. It’s taken me 11 months to get anywhere

@virginmedia Complaint was about customer service and Virgins conduct. The care advisor took my complaint and emailed saying internal feedback would be done which is absolutely not a suitable resolution for the harassment and incompetence I have endured from Virgin
