Sea turtle season has begun in South Carolina! 🐢🌴

May 1 is the 'official' start date of nesting season each year—it's also the date of the first documented nest this year discovered by USFWS Southeast Region's Billy Shaw on Lighthouse Island in Cape Romain NWR.
