Today I hit the weights at @hotelcaferoyal 's quiet gym to clear my head, then cooled off with slow laps at Akasha Spa's blue pool. Did more for my mood than anything else. Came out feeling lighter, like I’d left ten pounds of stress on the changing room floor.
