5th grade’s recess was later today due to State Assessments. We were out with 1st grade and I was worried they’d be too rough in soccer with the littles. But they surprised me so much by helping, teaching, coaching, and cheering for the 1st graders! I was so proud of my boys.

Today my 5th graders participated in a STEM activity with their 2nd grade buddies to make gingerbread houses! They had $20 to “spend” and had to “pay” for each supply and not go over budget. They did great with their math skills and their building skills! @IrvingElementa1 #WPS
