Saw a reply from someone on a post that basically said the bulk of education is built on the back of unpaid time of teachers. That should make every school board pause.

As a principal, I’m supposed to be an “instructional leader.” But I told our teachers this week, that I don’t know how to do that in the middle of a pandemic.

Right now is not the best time to talk about programs, plans, data points, and “best practices.” It is time to support.

Today my first graders ROCKED their first fire drill of the year! They lined up quickly and quietly. After practicing this week they knew to follow Miss. Coldsmith’s blue Pom-Pom! Super proud of these kids!
