Republican Texas Senate nominee Ken Paxton just announced that he is calling for nationwide “restrictions” on IVF.

This comes days after the Texas GOP passed a measure calling to completely ban IVF across the state.

The Supreme Court just affirmed that mail-in ballots postmarked by Election Day should be counted.

Ensuring that every American’s vote is counted shouldn’t be a partisan issue. Especially when the folks who vote by mail are often service members, disabled, rural, or elderly.

This is a big win for voting rights in America.
