It’s becoming harder and harder for songwriters to make a living…don’t make it harder by looking down on artists who cut outside songs. If you’ve got something to say, I suggest you take it up with George Strait, Reba, Kenny, Blake Shelton, the list goes on.

I love songs artists write and I love songs that artists didn’t write for themselves. Best song wins. Disappointing that an artist would blast another for not writing their own songs. It doesn’t take away from the artistry.
