@amazon prime is a scam. On top of the delays, they literally through my package through a fence into the sprinklers in a multi-unit complex and had the nerve to take a pic like that was ok.

@amazon prime is a scam. They never deliver on time anymore, they lie about attempted deliveries, they insult you with minimal promo credits that can't be used on purchases. Just this week, issues with 4 deliveries

@SouthwestAir Everyone I have spoken to has been short and dismissive and uncaring. You've also permanently lost a loyal customer and I plan on using United moving forward. At this point I would fly spirit over this company. The messaging is not consistent with the experience. Do better.
