The report highlighted that CTE's approach provides exceptional support and guidance, helping trainees become the “best teacher they can be.” Well done @WarwickCTE.

We’ve made efforts this year to expand on what we mean by ‘teacher identity’ in recognising the whole that trainees bring to the plate as it were. So very much like what you say here about ‘what do they bring?’ as well as histories/culture/experiences/etc
