@SkyHelpTeam our landline has no dial tone yet our broadband is working?!? People trying to call us are getting the engaged tone. Apparently it has been like this since 4pm. We have just realised now.

@SkyHelpTeam We have tried all those steps and landline is still not working. It states on the page that you only take calls from vulnerable or key workers at this time. What am I supposed to do now is there and email address I can log the fault with?
