@MissB286 Try doing the Grow with Jo walking workouts. You can do them at home and because they’re walking workouts, they’re really easy to get into when starting exercising. I’ve been fitting in a 20 minute one on a morning and I feel so much better for it. 😊
Going to have to change my username as I’m back in Year 1 from September. Gutted to be leaving EYFS, but hopefully I’ll be able to bring some of the early years magic into Year 1 ☺️
Trying to get children to do stuff when they're not developmentally ready for it is not high expectations, it's a misunderstanding of child development. #EYFS

@MrMcofficial86 I found CBT helped loads. I’m about to head back to therapy because sometimes coping mechanisms slip and talking it through helps remind me. Also working through Fearne Cottons’ book series helps lots ☺️
