Sent and paid for parcel next day delivery with Evri, it’s been delivered to one of your stores @Tesco however the store is refusing to get it as “understaffed”. Told to call back tomorrow but can’t promise will be able to get then either. Appalling customer service!

@_VJ77 @TicketmasterCS @TicketmasterUK They should have had both plans out and transferred block by block to the equivalent. Instead just generated randomly for price level (assuming all floor same price). Like on sale day. The difference is on sale day you can reject and try again if not what you want.
