Lately I’ve been noticing more people recommending only jurisdictions that don’t report under CRS. Sometimes it makes sense, but calling a place “bad” just because it reports CRS is a huge MISTAKE
CRS isn’t always your enemy. Transparency can actually build credibility, especially when you’re planning something bigger. Not everyone wants to stay in the basement and not everything should be optimized just for hiding.
GM! How am I supposed to stay up to date with this industry when I’m currently handling an NFT law case from before the previous bull market? 😭
NFTs are long dead and I’ll probably still be dealing with this for another year…
If you own property in Dubai (or anywhere in the UAE) and you still don’t have a properly drafted will in place, you are making a serious mistake

Healthy people suffer, sick people suffer, rich people suffer, broke people suffer.
People in love suffer, and single people suffer too
So choose the life worth suffering for
People think that if their business is fully legal, licensed and compliant, then transferring funds between bank accounts should be simple, right?
Those who have never dealt with it before usually don’t realize how difficult it can be to move your own fully legal funds from bank A to bank B - especially in a cross-border setup and when we’re talking about larger amounts
One thing I truly appreciate about my law firm is that success is never individual, it’s always shared
We usually review each case by at least three people before it reaches the client, so celebrating every success together as a team makes sense
What’s more important is that it gives me strong confidence that our clients’ cases are handled with real care and expertise, so our clients are taken care of as they deserve 🫡
