Yikes. Non teachers given advice to teachers right now is painful. I was advised to exercise in my lunch break & to find a colleague to cover some of my lessons 4 me. When I said that’s not possible I was told I was being negative and resistant to self care!

Can’t even explain how disheartening it is for all us teachers to have worked SO hard since returning to work in August to just be slapped in the face with another type of lockdown by the October holidays 😖

Hand gel with a high alcohol content can be a problem for alcoholics (including those in recovery). I didn't know that until tonight. We're going to use soap and water as much as possible when our outreach starts back. Thought I should post in case it's useful.
