Last Monday we had our first full day of in person learning! We welcomed 5 new students into the classroom, including this kiddo whose birthday it was! What a great day to turn 6!

This week’s round ended in a tie! Today the tie-breaking vote was cast and “We Are Water Protectors” by @CaroleLindstrom pulled ahead for the win. Next week will be the championship round! #MarchMadnessBookTournament

First round of the Final Four is complete! “Prince and Knight” by @DanielHaack beat “Eyes That Kiss In the Corners” by @JoannaHoWrites and moves on to the championship round which will take place the week of April 12th! The kids LOVED both books! 📚 #marchmadnessbooktournament

This week for our book tournament we read “I Will Dance” by @nancyboflood and “We Are Water Protectors” by @CaroleLindstrom 📚 The kiddos voted and “We Are Water Protectors” was the winner! They especially loved the illustrations by @MichaelaGoade #MarchMadnessBookTournament
