It’s always “we’re pushing for the truth,” followed by “we know more, but you can’t know.”
At some point, that stops sounding like transparency.

@TheUfoJoe If a person handled information labeled Top Secret or inside a Special Access Program, it doesn’t matter why they disclose it; unapproved release can trigger felony charges.
Even if their goal is honesty or public interest, they can still be prosecuted under the EAES
