You cannot fail your NQT year at this point! If the school feel you're at risk of not meeting the standards by the end, both the school & appropriate body should offer support on how to do this. If you have concerns speak to your union or appropriate body directly.

6 weeks into NQT and today is the first day I’ve felt energised! The past 6 weeks have been so tiring.. hoping this is my body beginning to adapt to the mental&physical exhaustion brought on from the non-stop life of a teacher 👩🏻‍🏫
