@kmcclintock9 @JediTeacher08 I always have a talk with my first graders about scissors and how we handle them. Maybe do some modeling just as a reminder of how their suppose to handle the materials. Sometimes going back to the basics helps.

@kellimrafferty @chynna_raymond @JediTeacher08 I teach first grade too. I would definitely talk about how looking into the sun could hurt them. Show them a video about the sun and safety.
