Or - create a seating plan and they earn the right with good behaviour to sit next to a friend later on as a reward? My ECT mentors view is different to mine. So let me know what you all think! #ECT #edutwitter

Some advice for the first day with the new class- do I let them choose their own place to sit next to a friend? Making them feel comfortable and giving them the chance to settle in next to who they want with the warning that it will change if behaviour is impacted.

@TheStudentLeads School values reading tree. Every child has a leaf for each value and written upon it what that value means to them. We then share the selection of books and link to these values.
