This is serious. Order ID 7738871113 – I received a rotten, stale cake that smelled bad and was clearly not fresh. It was completely different from what was shown and appears underweight too. Despite proof, no proper help given. This is unacceptable. Refund immediately.

Misbehaving delivery partner, food delivered cold after delay, no refund, no replacement—only automated apologies. What’s the use of such service if customers are harassed and ignored? Very disappointing experience. @zomatocare
