We enjoyed our autumn walk in Butterdean Woods this morning. We did an autumn scavenger hunt and then spent time doing some of our own exploring - building dens, fairy houses and enjoying making leaf rubbings π
Last week we worked hard to prepare an autumn meal. We had to grate and chop vegetables to make soup and measure, mix and knead to make bread and banana bread. We all tried the food we made and enjoyed eating together. π
We really enjoyed the rugby taster session which we took part in with the Penguin class yesterday. We all listened well, worked as a team and had lots of fun! πThank you @PortyRFC@MissSivesBPS

Lots of Halloween fun last week on the Panda room. We carved pumpkins, played lots of turn taking games, made potions, spider sandwiches and had a Halloween scavenger hunt in the nature trail. ππ»
Before the holidays we had a super day at Deep Sea World. We learned about starfish and had the chance to touch one. We also enjoyed watching the seals being fed and going under the sea on the moving walkway to spot different sea creatures. π¦π π¦
A lovely peaceful morning in the Panda room. All of the children were happy and engaged in their own activities - water play, paper craft, drawing, balancing games and role play.
We loved our visit from the fire brigade on Friday. We all had a chance to use the hose and got to climb in to the fire engine and try on the fire fighter helmet.
We are learning about different people who help us. We enjoyed taking turns being the lollipop person and practising crossing the road safely. ππ¦
