Good morning 🌿☀️☕🕊️
Getting your life together starts with being brutally honest with yourself.
Look in the mirror.
Acknowledge the habits and flaws holding you back. Take full responsibility for them.
Self-evaluation is not easy but it is one of the most important steps toward real growth.
Growth is a daily choice. 🌿☀️
We are seeing companies announcing that they will start paying people a minimum salary of P4000.00. As things stand there is no legal compulsion for companies to do so. This is an indicator that some things are driven by political will and nothing more.
Youth and gender must go beyond conversation to action. We’re proud to announce Ms. Lesego Chombo as our new Minister of Youth and Gender.

Children should love school, and our schools must feel like spaces made just for them. We will introduce a new Ministry of Child Welfare and Basic Education, led by Minister Dr Nono Kgafela-Mokoka.

Mine is a story of Mordecai and Haman💙
Mordecai has taught us to maintain hope, remain faithful, and to never allow adversity to define who you are.
If that were the case, Mordecai would have bowed down to the earthly power of Haman and renounced his own faith.
Instead, he stood strong and never allowed the challenges he faced to define who he was.
Another important lesson from the book is that If you set yourself up against God and His people, you will fail.
Here are somethings worth asking your financial advisor at your next visit. This is not financial advise🙏🏾☺️
1. REITS
Think of a REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) like joining a club where you and others get together to buy pieces of property. Only, in this case, you’re not actually buying the buildings – you’re buying shares in a company that owns and manages them. The company, in turn, owns properties like shopping malls, office buildings, or apartments, all aimed at making money.
Now, why would you want in? Simple: this setup lets you invest in real estate without the headaches of buying a property, finding tenants, or handling maintenance. REITs pay out most of their profits as dividends, so when the company earns money from rent, you get a slice.
Take @growthpoint Properties, for example. Growthpoint is one of South Africa’s biggest REITs, owning properties across the country. Imagine them as the landlord of hundreds of properties, and by investing, you become a part-owner who shares in their earnings.
Where can you buy a piece of this pie? In South Africa, you can get REITs on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (@JSE_SENS ). You could use an online platform like @EasyEquities – where even small amounts go a long way – or go the traditional route with a stockbroker or financial advisor to help you choose. It’s about making property work for you without buying the whole building
We gonna have to unlearn a lot of things. How many years of the BDP rule? Basically the only thing we’ve ever known. So imagine how deeply rooted their DNA is in our systems. We need to cleanse and build a Botswana where we all prosper without fear or favour.
