@lufthansa my flight from Frankfurt to Cork 17 Apr was cancelled, was rebooked on alternative flight Sat 18th, no good to me as it doesn’t get in until too late. I am trying to request a refund and being sent in circles by the chat bot that can’t process my request. Help!

@Beth_Tastic Didn’t mean to hit yes 🙈 but do agree that there should be a discussion as could be more to it, need to ensure working for both chn and that there is opportunities provided to grow friendship circle without distressing the child or causing anxiety, especially in prep of PP

@Styo28183449 Half my class out. All neg antigens but all have same symptoms. Time to bring back pcrs for kids so we can know real numbers, antigens seems to be so hit or miss depending on the brand or how it is done

@ciananbrennan Just so people know you CAN still get a PCR if you are 4-39. I booked one (I'm 39) ,the system doesn't stop you from booking an appointment even when u put in your DOB. Just in case anyone needs to know. It's just recommend to get an antigen instead of PCR.

@RobOHanrahan Rob it would be great if they used the freed up capacity in PCR testing for school kids. This would support parents and possibly impact on school transmission by highlighting cases earlier than antigen testing. Also decrease need for parents to buy antigen tests!

HSE Principals portal does not accept notification of cases in schools without a positive PCR. People aged 4-39 are not eligible for PCR testing. Let that sink in.
