One thing we talked about in my educational technology class, is allowing shy students to type up their answers to the questions and then have them post them to the class page. This way everyone gets to see what they think without making them uncomfortable. #sschat

I was able to observe a third grade Social Studies lesson, on the Edmund Fitzgerald. The students got really into it and the teacher changed up her original plans to meet what the students wanted to learn. #sschat

I would want to communicate that students are struggling to do well on standardized test, because no one student is the same. To show the something needs to be done to help everyone be successful with the test that determine so much for educators and students. #MichED

I don't believe there is enough teacher voices at the policy table. If there were more voices, I think that more policies would be changed, and legislators would have a first hand experience of how many educators feel about a topic. #miched
