@ubereats_uk @UberEats Your driver was buzzed in on video intercom. I watched him walk inside the building, then never came to my flat. Cancelled the order. I'm now charged and you're blatantly lying that driver couldn't get to me. Clearly poor service is your signature by all these comments

@dkhos @Uber @Oracle @ubereats_uk delivery is sadly not in your DNA when your drivers don't deliver the food and you make the consumer pay for the order they never received. And your customer service on Meta is appalling. You need to revisit the DNA of delivery & your UK customer service
