@emma_ebm 135g of self raising flour, mixed with 175g of 0% Fage to make the dough! Roll flat and add 2 tbsp of maple syrup, 2 tbsp of brown sugar and cinnamon all over! Roll and chop into rounds and bake on 170 for 15 mins. Top with 10g of icing sugar + water! Deeeeelish!

You know your department well, focus on achievable improvements you would bring in with your existing knowledge and impact impact impact!
