Grief can follow you into meetings, supermarkets and the middle of a perfectly ordinary afternoon. Some days, rebuilding means cooking a meal while missing someone terribly. Be patient with yourself. You can make room for a good life while still loving a person who is no longer here.
I worked on a music video that has hit one billion views. One billion people have seen work that I helped put together. And I get to add on to my portfolio that I worked on Shakira / Burna Boy's Dai Dai World Cup music video

Anthropic says it disrupted a Kenyan political astroturfing operation in which a single actor used Claude to mass-produce batches of exactly 50 posts designed to look like spontaneous grassroots sentiment.
— Content praised Energy CS Opiyo Wandayi over a planned Kenya Power tariff hike and pushed #PowerReliefKE and #PoweringTheNewKenya.
— The network also promoted claims that Kenya’s opposition coalition was fracturing ahead of the 2027 election
— Anthropic classified the operation as Category One, saying it failed to reach or influence authentic audiences.
— The investigation followed a tip from OpenAI about repeat activity; Anthropic found no evidence of government involvement.
