Today was a pretty good day. Had a lovely walk up Holcombe hill and when I got to the top, had a phone call to say I’ve got a new teaching job for September in a lovely school ❤️😃

I have had lots of teachers asking me if they can use my children’s stories to make online videos for their pupils. Normally you have to get the author’s permission but please feel free to do whatever you like with my books at this time. Use them at toilet paper if that helps. x

Well it was a fun last day. Showed my year 1s how to access their school email today and sent them all and email. They were amazed when it pinged with my first name and have not stopped calling it me all day 😂😂

My class are learning about special places in RE this term and we had to draw a picture of a special place. My heart melted a little when a boy explained his picture as being ‘school because you make me feel safe’. ❤️
