@northernassist need to improve their DEI governance. Priority seats for disabled, pregnant or less able passengers are often taken by those who are not. Not all disabilities are visible but it’s clear who needs a seat. Staff should check & make announcements to ensure proper use

@northernassist The delayed 17:54 from Leeds > Hull. It’s terrible! I’m 7 months pregnant and never get a seat. The 16:54 service was terrible too. The train was 35 mins late & I needed to nip the loo, heavily pregnant and in pain I ran and they literally closed the doors infront of me!
