P6 have been busy creating the animal characters from the song ‘Snorty Bull’ to display in our classroom to remind us about expectations and the impact of our choices. @stdavidsPS_ELC

Thank you @MrsLMillar for coming to P6 to tell us all about Euro Quiz! I know last years P6 team had great fun preparing and learning lots with Mrs Millar in the lead up to the Midlothian Euro Quiz Heat. @stdavidsPS_ELC

Danny took in lots of new information yesterday before P6 left for their last Bikeability session. He now knows how to do an M check before setting off on your bike and also learned about the importance of a helmet & hi vis vest. @stdavidsPS_ELC @BikeabilityUK

Today’s Bikeability session allowed us to put all our practice into use when we were asked to turn right, left, stop, pass parked cars and make u-turns all in one route! We had to think carefully about our signalling and how we were positioned on the road. @stdavidsPS_ELC

P6 really enjoyed their first session with @RhythmResource yesterday! “From West Africa” was in my head for the rest of the day after that! @stdavidsPS_ELC

We had the privilege of being gifted a Baby Box this week! This will soon become an inviting and nurturing space for Danny in class. A great discussion starter about the importance and impact of Scotland’s Baby Boxes. Thank you to O and his family! @stdavidsPS_ELC

P6 practiced lots of new skills on @Google Slides when they were given the task of creating a table and using it to create a bar chart about the Evangelists. Great to see so many pupils eager to support one another with this task! @stdavidsPS_ELC
