My dream is to create a new library at school, our current one is small, out of date and uninviting. Iβd really like to upcyle a bus/caravan/old cabin but need the money and resources to get started any advice?

Went to collect my class at the end of break time today. They had surprised me by lining up silently in register order, something we have been practicing to support safety drills. They organised this themselves, just so they could impress me. I do love my class. #thesmallthings
Just like to add that I live a 20 minute drive from school, and I have a nearly-2 year old daughter, who was also still asleep!! I do not know how it was even possible to be on timeβ¦
First day back at school. Alarm set for 5:40 this morning. Woke up at 7:55β¦
I canβt recall the rest of the morning, I think I moved so fast it was actually a blur. Made it to school for 8:40, despite the traffic.

@RogersHistory Iβd probably say the parental complaints. When they crucify you for making a throwaway comment or tell you how to do your job or let you know that your best isnβt good enough. These are the things that stay with me the most and I find it the hardest to get over
Last week I did my first assembly. I spoke in front of over 220 children and around 15 adults. I made it out to be a huge thing in my head, but I absolutely nailed it. My class knew I was nervous, but they were so proud. One even claimed it was βthe best assembly ever!βππ₯°
First parents evening night went really well! Parents were all lovely. Although it did feel strange being significantly younger than some parents, brought on the imposter syndrome slightly.
