@AmandaWilson910 I have a Gary coming into my new class (Year 4)! Age 8!

[Sophie Marshall @MissMarshall_19]

@NorthumbrianH2O is it normal for my direct debit to come out as “Essex and Suffolk water” even though I live in Gateshead and I’m supplied by Northumbrian water?

[Sophie Marshall @MissMarshall_19]

Why can’t I speak to anyone at @YourSSE or @OVOEnergy !!?? I’m just trying to move house, a simple switch as both properties are supplied by SSE/OVO but the SSE home move system is down and they’re only taking calls in emergencies?! Bloody joke

Lucky enough to be staying in my classroom for another year! I’ve spent today having a little update and sort out ready for my new class next week 🥰 including the addition of a new reading corner with I lurrrrrrvvv, just a few bits and pieces to add!

[Sophie Marshall @MissMarshall_19]

The guilt 😭 negative lateral flow tonight and also fully vaccinated but still need to stay at home for 7 days and I’ve never felt so guilty in all my life!

[Sophie Marshall @MissMarshall_19]

I’ve been making my end of year gifts and had lots of interest from other teachers so have decided to sell them. £1.50 each + p&p! Can be framed in black or white. Personalised with child’s name and other wording can be amended to suit the schools’s values! 😃 message to order!

@MissElJohnson I’d definitely think about plugging gaps that might’ve been missed over the last term when schools have been closed. Apostrophes, reporting clauses for speech, anything that’s going to uplevel their writing and help them tick off some of their assessment criteria! Xxx

Just here to plug my new little business, creating personalised digital art 🖤 please check out my Etsy page and share, share, share!!! https://t.co/A8wVwsrSAy

Our school has made the decision to stay closed to children tomorrow and I won’t lie, I’m so relieved about this decision. After reading numerous articles over the last 48 hours, I’ve felt more anxious than ever about COVID and returning to work. I really hope others follow 🤞🏼

[Sophie Marshall @MissMarshall_19]

The government keep highlighting how important our children’s education is, but I could probably count on two hands the number of MP’s who’ve bothered to go and listen to the education secretary today! Definitely seems very important... actually laughable 🤦🏻‍♀️

[Sophie Marshall @MissMarshall_19]

I didn’t realise all children under 11 yrs old are immune to the virus 🤦🏻‍♀️ as much as I want to be back in my classroom, I can’t help feeling, with a move into Tier 4, that we are absolutely not safe! No PPE, no social distancing, a nightmare waiting to happen IMO.

[Miss M @MissM_QT]

Welcome to tier 4 where you can’t leave your house. But go to work, mix with hundreds of households and shut up, cheers Gav 👍🏻

Anyone who’s had a COVID test this week, how long has it taken for you to receive your results? I just wanna go back to work, I know I’ve only got a cold but had to be tested just in case and the guilt at not being with my class is killing me 😫😫😫

[Sophie Marshall @MissMarshall_19]

@MissElJohnson Message me tomorrow to remind me and I’ll email you mine!!! Xx

[Sophie Marshall @MissMarshall_19]

@MissElJohnson Yes I did! Quite often there were word counts on the application, so I always thought if you did a cover letter you could get anything extra you wanted to say in it that you couldn’t fit in your word count! Xx
