Never underestimate how a properly worn mask can increase the attention received. Non maskers try to figure out how the details of the mask can fit with a human face, and if they watch long enough, they get it. Who knows, maybe you’re the reason why someone starts masking 😃
Windows up and no masked faces in the street yet. Remaining vigilant to spot the very few people still protecting themselves and caring for others is what make the most boring days at least a little bit exciting ☺️😷
With the best respirator attached to your face and practically becoming a part of it, you can make the happy version of yourself your everyday version! Nothing wrong with showing how important protection is for you 😷🫶
Not much can be expressed by a masked face, but that’s good actually. An intense stare in addition to the strong design of a mask replacing the soft and fleshy features of the face often limit interactions with the unmasked to very few words. Perfection! 😍
Why is it so difficult to approach Mackenzie when she’s the kindest girl in the clinic? She feels looking different makes her colleagues uncomfortable. Mackenzie is the only one who preferred to stay masked the whole time after it became optional, but is that really a big deal?
The attention Lisa receives every time she gets to the hardest part of training makes quitting impossible. The noise of the air going through her mask’s valves, the determination in her eyes and the fact she never says a word to anyone… she’s the strongest girl in her gym
“Getting well soon? Thanks a lot, but I’m not sick or anything. My mask is the main reason for that, actually. Do you want one? I carry an extra one everywhere I go”
How careless it’s to put showing facial expressions before being cautious when it’s so easy to avoid catching something and getting ill. The world will hopefully catch up, but in the meantime practicing masking by myself feels so cool 😎
Putting a barrier between you and viruses in the air isn’t something that should be done during illness season only. Who said you’re not at risk the rest of the year? The calm of feeling protected all the time is the best (and looks cute)
Taking precautions when cleaning the house and feeling the extraordinary comfort of a mask laying on your cheeks, cleaning the air you take in while at the same time your hands are softly sliding inside nitrile gloves… and you get things done so fast!
After midnight, the hallways are empty in the hospital, everything’s quiet, but Ana doesn’t relax her safety discipline. A KN95 mask and safety glasses are the minimum, because she wants to be ready in case a patient needs her (and don’t forget viruses!) Better safe than sorry!
With no other masked face in sight, watching people pretend it’s normal to choose not to take care of the quality of the air you inhale is frustrating. It’s disgusting to interact with people literally breathing in your face aahhh!!!
Personal interactions were never the same after the mask mandates. Alicia felt everything changed for the better. The closeness of strangers became comfortable thanks to masks & the safety created when all people wear one. Keeping in secret how much she enjoys hers is so hard!
Leaving behind face masks was a mistake many weren’t willing to commit, because living free from the dangers in the air happened to be very easy, a change headed in the right direction and a chance to discover a new version of ourselves, too good to abandon.
Enjoying outdoor activities with one of your favorite types of respirator mask on because wearing a protective device is something normal and cleaning the air you inhale is important for you.
Ignoring those who want to discourage you from wearing the respirator that will keep you safe feel so rebellious. If they’re afraid of looking different you need to let them know you feel cool and happy to receive all the looks, because there’s nothing wrong with that!
Missing the days when everyone wore a mask and the air was cleaner and sharing a place with others was more comfortable… Now the few masked faces you rarely spot create a special moment in your day. There’s still hope one day the practice will be back...
Without any bothering feeling to breathe or talk, the only problem engaging in a conversation is people afraid of a masked face. But that doesn’t matter, because at least you look cute, full of confidence and protected against any sickness around.
All the false things said about masking can be exhausting to hear, even when proving them wrong is so easy and quick. I mean, can’t a girl just wear a mask if she wants to?
Protection was proven effective and still, people still left it behind. But not Lucy. Truth be told, she loved her facial expressions unseen and feeling something was covering, protecting her. How could she go back to being so exposed when safety looks and feels so gorgeous?
