Managing anxiety...
Was hit at 5.30am with an episode of anxiety, these always seem to happen during half term breaks and summer. Something to do with stress leaving the body..??

'Back to school' articles (@BBCEngland) consistently include images like these showing a socially distanced classroom. Unfortunately, this is not the reality for the majority. This is very disheartening for those of us who are teaching groups of 30+ in rooms only just big enough
